L thianine or Ashwagandha has anyone used to treat anxiety. Naturally?

Ha s anyone had any success with using L thianine, an amino acid used to treat anxiety or Ashwagandha?

Hey moparkie715. I take L-theanine and gabby daily for my anxiety and it works really well for me. I take them in together in the form a gummy called “goodbye stress” from the company olly. I take about half of a the recommenced dose a day, divided into 2 fourths that I take 2 times a day. If I’m having a panic attack that I can’t breathe through, I’ll take another 1/4 dose and it calms me down. The nice thing is that it acts in like 30 minutes and it’s honestly a God-send. Obviously everyone is different but I definitely think it’s worth a try.

As for Ashwagandha there is a post from someone who tried it and said that it cured them. The link is below
