First of all hope everyone’s ok, just wanted to ask if anyone else bruises easily without an injury. I’ve always bruised easily over the years but random bruises pop up out of the blue 🤔
Could it be because of the muscle tension which I get in my legs and on my back, especially at the moment with my holiday coming up, but I seem to get them popping up on my legs randomly, they go for quite a while then I see another one. Like I said they eventually go down.

Hi there, this type of bruising is usually nothing to be concerned about, it could be from certain medications, a nutrient deficiency, since I get bruises out of the blue too! But mine are because of my deficiencies, and go away within a few days or so. Muscle tension, if severe, can cause bruises as well, also intense exercise. Do you have diabetes? Might want to look at it as a reason as well for yours bruises, IF you have it. I would recommend that you check for thrombophillia, though I doubt that you have it, but it’s never bad to check! But yeah, muscle tension can cause bruises, trust me, I always have it.
Thank you, no I don’t have diabetes. It’s only a couple of bruises really, which seem to recur if my leg muscles tighten up because of the anxiety. My skin has been more sensitive as well and I’m on antidepressants.
I have not experienced it but there is something in the back of my mind that says it could be a side effect of antidepressants, not serious however. I may be wrong, you would need to look it up.
