Well it’s day 3 had a brill afternoon and evening yesterday even ate a small dinner
Then woke up this morning anxiety woke me up had at least 4 anxiety attack’s and I wasn’t even thinking anything bad but had the hot sweats tingly sensation in my body heart palpitation and quick toilet visits I’m so angry with myself cuz I wasn’t even thinking anything bad but now I’ve learned anxiety attacks you whenever I’ve made a drs appointment to see if I can up my dose age on my tablets to help with it. I know this is anxiety but it’s just convincing myself that’s all it is and how ya not something serious

Hi just because you felt ok .. your nerves will still be sensitised from panicking.. yep early morning anxiety was when it used to get me .. hang on in there x
hi,dont let this episode get you down ,theres always a glimmer of hope in our darkest moments,its very hard but the more you dwell on it the worse it gets as our nerves are in a state of hypersensitivity,hoping your day improves.
Hi....my anxiety is always worse when I waken in the morning too....I’m searching for the answer, as when I go to bed I feel as though I have beaten my anxiety & then bang in the morning it’s back again. Just have to keep telling yourself I got through yesterday & I will get through today. Sending you hugs.
