Hot sweats and bad shakes nervous tummy so toilet trips are on the up I can’t even eat I’m just drinking lots of water lost my appetite so my health anxiety is through the roof now I know we all get hot when we get anxiety I’ve just checked my blood pressure and it’s 129/92 is this normal seems pretty high to me or is it because I’m panicking I hate this I do when anxiety comes along it takes over so much of u that it literally consumed you
Health anxiety is my problem every little thing I experience I always thing summat seriously wrong
Be glad when this passes and I can get back to not worrying about it and live a little better xx

stop take some breaths.. like really breathe in through your nose .. out through your mouth.. really focusing on it !
You know it’s all to do with how you are feeling.. you are getting trapped in the cycle. Of fear, symptoms ..it’s anxiety I promise.. I’ve been there everyday you are saying.. keep breathing.
Hey babes @1973m yes I’m at work today I need to keep my mind occupied I hate this stupid anxiety I’ll be ok when it subsides it’s just when it’s around it completely consumes you don’t it xx
