Left chest pain, back pain ,tension

Anybody ever experience left chest aches that lasted like a second or two, a squeezed type of feeling rite below the left chest lasted a second..I also have back aches, and tension..it seems like even when I twist or stretch my body it aches and hurts..just wondering..i ain't scared just wanted to know if these might be anxiety related. Iv done echocardiogram and stress test in june and everything was pretty much normal..

Hi QUICH I had a pinching pain in my chest and I had it for a month. Went to a & e as advised by nurse. I stayed overnight as e cg abnormal. The echo revealed mild mitral valve regurgitation.
