Pain in my left wrist and in my chest same time it goes and comes

I know it might seem a strange post but I get this sharp pain in my left wrist and a pain in my chest the same time anyone else get it it's scaring me comes and goes x

Oh yeah.. even my left side of my face, dull pain in my left arm, wrist i panic thinking of having a heart attack but never happens, currently got tingling on my sternum so your not alone

Bro you are right. Because everyone who is suffering from anxiety disorder they feels like having heart attack or something related to heart problem.

But this is not their fault because a few common symtoms of anxiety disorder and heart attack are same like chest pain Arm pain cold sweating.

Having same symptoms. Turned into more chest pain and rib pains. Anxiety was added to the symptoms. Now lower than normal body temperature for weeks. Did you ever learn more?

I get exactly the same pain for years. I think there is more to this and it is not just stress.

Hey hun I have been having that same issue for at least ten years. I was told it chest wall pain.
