Dizziness?

Does anyone ever get random Dizziness or sway like feeling?! I got it out the blue! And they last for a while! I checked my BP and it’s 107/68 normal... and idk what to do or think now. Ready to lay down but I’m scared it might be something and I shouldn’t ignore it. But I’ve had these “episodes” before. I just can’t ever get use to them.

I might be! I haven’t been drinking much at all lately I’ve been super depressed

I have! It usually feels like it’s out of the blue and can really scare the crap out of me. I then have a hard time not fixating on it for the rest of the day.

I get dizzy as well... I hate not having the answer. but i know it's very rare for it to be serious! try not to Google. I always mess up and google. It makes everything worse

Yup I hate google it does make it worse but I’m glad to know I’m not alone
