Head/brain fuzz feeling

While I’m out and about my head starts to feel fuzzy and heavy making everything deal unclear and off making me feel awful.

I get the exact same feeling.

I usually get a flood of adrenaline which then flows upwards and makes my head, neck and shoulders get a tingling sensation.

I'll also get a heavy head with lots of brain fog. It's incredibly frustrating but I try to remind myself that it's anxiety and ground myself.

Yes, I feel the same way. It's truly awful, but you are not alone with this. Are you taking any medication?

Only mirtizapine which only really helps with sleep.
