Head feels tight when I bend down and get up kind of like a head rush and ears feel muffled and also when I jump in bed and lay straight down on my stomach and look up I get the same thing but it only lasts for like 10 seconds.

i agree, this is normal for sudden movements and blood rushes to your head. almost certainly not s brain tumour, don’t worry. however if these symptoms do carry on see if there is anything you can do to help the lightheaded ness.
I have this same thing sometimes. I had a sinus infection. It might be that . Also vertigo makes you feel fullness in your ears. Have you seen a doctor for a CT scan?

It sounds more like blood pressure to me....get it checked out...it's easily treated and you are probably worrying for nothing....or maybe your neck....why not try lying on your side instead of your stomach ?? When you lie on your stomach you twist your head to the side, could affect a nerve I guess. If you had a brain tumour you would be having head pain and other symptoms and they would not be going away so stop worrying about that.
