Need support!

Hi all, I’m still working on weaning off citalopram 10 mg. Doing 5 mg every other day. Feel like my heart rate is constantly high which gives me major anxiety. Anyone else experience this? I just want to be normal and not worry about my health anymore.

Hi, have you come off them? I think you need to convince yourself first that you dont need them. There is no shame if you still need them, I came off them, like you, reduced dose as my dr advised, but I still have days with an angry foul mood and I can be so horrible. Dont know if I should maybe go back on them?
