Who else gets this crazy feelings

Well hello all it’s been a minute but today woke up with head ache. And stared feeling light headed and when I ate it’s like everything stayed on my chest now feel like crap all day was just fine yesterday been ok for about two weeks now everything starting agin. Any body else gets this

For sure!! I will do so good and will think how it’s in the past and then BOOM! Freaking the heck out and couldn’t even tell you why. It’s one of anxiety’s perks 😉

Literally me today! When headaches come with lightheadedness that’s a sure sign that I will be in my bed allll day long. Im guessing the feeling of everything staying in your chest is a result of your tensed up diaphragm. Try some breathing exercises to see if that will help.

I tried all that I’ve been dealing with this 20 years now. It gets me so mad hard to injoy anything always something. Ha well thank you have a good day r night👍

I feel you. Breathing hardly works for me. Since you’ve been dealing with it for so long I know you know it will pass. I hope it passes quickly. Have a blessed night.
