Gerd & gastric pressure has affected me to the point were my chest is 24/7 filled with gas, making me not breathe properly & uncomfertable

when you are stressed it's hard to breathe, then add gas and esophageal regurgatation and acid coming back up

up....hard to catch your deep breath, then stress from worrying about it. ugh, vicious circle.

Have you tried"" ginger rescue, by ginger people. and Papaya enzymes? You can find them at the health food stores near you. Also chamomile tea and red delicious apples, almonds when you feel a gerd attack coming on? Drink plenty of water and relax.

Look up" Vagus breathing"on the internet... it helps alot
