Sitting at my desk at work, excessively belching and deep breathing. Feel like im short of breath. Tight chest, and sore chest muscles. In tears, so emotionally drained, mentally drained and physically drained. Dont know what to do anymore ... :'(

Make a list while ur at ur desk. Include in the list everything that frustrates you, everything that makes u tired, anything and everything. That should take a while cause u could put whatever u want... Even if u hate the color of ur curtains don't matter. By the time u get done, u should be cool enough to start naming some things that make u relax and happy😘 Just try it

If that doesn't work, take the paper, crumble it up, and throw it in ur bosses face while u fling ur purse over ur shoulder and wip ur hair around. Walk out like a boss and find another job tomarow lol

Seems to happen when Im at work, or in a stressful situation. Other than that it very rarely happens. But my lungs have been checked and theyre completely normal according to 3 doctors.

Hi Megan. I have just sat and read all your posts as I am also new to this community and the one thing I can gather is that it is your job that is creating all the stress. We spend so much of our time at work that if work is stressful then its going to have a knock on effect into our lives. My anxiety has increased since my work became stressful. My husband says its a noticeable difference. Have you spoken to your boss? Or is there an approachable person you ca speak to?

A 100%cure for me is to actuallylbgo outside and breathe in the air. Sometimes the air inside is musty and nasty, so you have to go outside. It might be cold, but make sure to breathe in that fresh air. No joke 🍃
