Don’t google symptoms and challenge the negative thoughts that are making you come to the conclusion something is wrong with you
Yes , definitely avoid Googling anything . Also, avoid self-monitoring yourself, obsessing over it. Find a distraction like painting or writing. These things will relax you & take your mind off of everything. Say to yourself that “I am fine” ...and then proceed with those distractions.
Go to search bar and put in HEALTH anxiety. Pop some popcorn......

I did my best learning here a few years ago, when the folks were truly committed to describing methods to deal with various anxiety symptoms.
Anybody who is interested in actually getting better, instead of using this forum to write endless problems without a care about applying tried and true techniques, will benefit from the dozens of good back posts about health anxiety.
