Waking up with racing heart

Anyone else ever get this? In the past week this has now happened to me twice. I wake up in the middle of the night heart racing, pain in my chest, sweating. It’s making my anxiety worse. I went to the doctor today, she said it’s probably just stress and tension. I’m so freaked out. I feel like I’m having a heart attack.

I used to experience those all the time! I have no idea what would trigger then and why, but they’re gone now for some reason.

I get this every morning.all checked and told anxiety.im on propranolol which does help and having cbt.your not alone!

I get those every once in a while I take deep breaths and drink room temperature water it helps a bit
