Thank you for asking. I hope your day is going well.

I had a great therapy session today so I feel good.

Bad news the air conditioner is broke and it's supposed to be high 90's this weekend. Have a back up plan but why now hahah

Have a wonderful weekend

Hello! Thank you for asking. My day is going ok I guess. I’m anxious though and feeling alone in my anxiety. My spouse is leaving town tonight for a few days. It will just be me and our child. Plus our friends dog that we’re dog sitting. It’s going to be hot outside so we’ll be stuck inside mostly I’m afraid. I haven’t been getting good sleep recently so I dream of napping but I can’t do that. I wish I had an adult friend to talk with over the next few days.

Oh no! We are always here for you. How old is your child? Maybe you can plan like movie night or something if s/he is old enough? I feel you, i’ve been having a hard time getting goos sleep the past few days. Felt like my body is so tired but my mind is so wide awake and i’ve been overthinking. But always remember it will get better. If you need someone to tak to the community is here. I am here. 😊

It's only 11:15 am here and my day is going badly. My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 lymphoma in April and he is on long-term disability. I work for myself but have had NO work this month at all. This is a major financial blow. I had therapy yesterday, but it was just so-so.

Hi Lisa, you have such great stress on your shoulders, my sincere empathy for you. Is your husband improving with treatment? Is there a group like a support group you can join and talk with others who are the spouses of those with lymphoma? I wish I could help more. ❤️

Thanks for your reply. I am in two support groups - one is even for cancer anxiety. My husband's treatment is working; we should know more about the next steps within a week.
