i no alot of you have seen my post’s and stuff about me being really scared i literally dont no what else to do i got told (well my parents got told when i was small i had it,ive never had problems but now as growing up (now 22) ive got health anxiety,anxiety,depression and eating disorder and all i keep doing is looking online and just thinking its literally everything or somethings wrong ive had it for way over a month ive been to loads of different doctors ive seen the nurse (which said everything is really good and its well controlled) had a spirometry test which was good and have had an xray i take the brown inhaler everyday but i just want to feel like having more answers does this mean i have it can i ask for anything else like an allergy test really cant stop worrying😭 its like a wierdness feeling in chest (which ive suffered so much in the past with it ☹️ xxxxxx

Hi Shannon, I don't quite understand that if every everything is okay, why you are

on an inhaler. You seem to be in limbo right now in not knowing if you do have

asthma or not. That is an important answer to know. I don't feel it's wrong in wanting

to know what is causing that feeling in your chest since you suffer the discomfort daily.

To lower your anxiousness, you need a more direct answer than everything is okay and

well controlled. What is well controlled?? It's your body, don't be afraid to ask. xx
