I got my holter monitor results back today.
Can anyone tell me what “intermittent episodes of sinus arrhythmia” means?

Not constant or continuous. Interrupted episodes.
Periodic episodes of a an irregular heartbeat. Many reasons for that, most not serious.
Sinus, refers to the area of the heart where the irregular beat originates, in this case the Sinus Node.
So, basically you are having times every so often of your heart beating irregularly.
If you suffer from anxiety, sometimes it can cause this symptom. Or, if you already have this, your anxiety might make you notice it more.
If you're feeling 'flutters' in your chest, you are feeling the arrhythmia.
I have one called 'PVC' or premature ventricular contractions .
Basically my heart beats out of sync every so often.
When my anxiety/depression was at its worst, they were constant. I went to the ER, doctors, tests etc.
Harmless PVS's. Now that my mental health stuff is better i hardly ever notice them.
Hopefully your doctor can tell you more.
Btw - I'm a certified EKG tech so I've had a bit of training in the area.
