No feeling of hunger or thirst

So I’m still drinking and eating but I don’t actually get that feeling of hunger or thirst I have to guess I’ve had this for 3 months know and just wanted to know if anyone else is feeling like this ?

When I'm anxious I have no appetite whatsoever. My stomach feels empty and I know I need food, but nothing sounds good to eat at all. I still do feel thirsty for water, though.

Yep no thirst, but I do just automatically drink water regularly
