Walking

Just walked 1 and half miles in this humid heat with daughter and son in law I’m almost dripping 😨 didn’t really used to bother me once....now I think I’d sooner walk in the cold air. So we’re going to the shops and I’m having salad tonight.

I’m overly sweating in this horrible weather.

My face is red for some reason, it looks as though I’m a drinker.

So was I by the time we got back to my daughters including the red face. 🙄 lol

Glad you're getting out and about. I am in London today at a committee meeting but got away early thank goodness.

I will have more time to email again from tomorrow.
