Walking sideway : is it just me or does... - Anxiety Support
Walking sideway
Only crabs walk sideways.
then I must be part crab lol that or I need a chiropractor
Lol, chiropractor to fix that front end alignment! WOOOooooo
haaaaaa exactly what i would call it.
Sounds like the job for a mechanic! So your legs drive straight. Crooked is my normal so I wouldn’t know!
Lmao
Yes I feel that way at times lol...
Mpa5524, I sense that with myself as well. It's nothing like it was before but unless I'm pushing a shopping cart, I tend to be pulled to the side while walking. I don't drink so it's not that But I don't think I would be able to walk a straight line if the police asked me to. I ignore, just a fact of life. Think of us walking side by side with each other, that would be a hoot xx
Hi, yes I know exactly what you mean. Back in April when I was extra anxious and had a bad head cold with stuffed up ears, I was walking sideways as if I was going uphill kind of and trying to keep balance. It was really weird. Never had before. It'll go away soon. One of the many lovely symptoms we get to experience!
That's what's sooooo great about this forum, who else would understand this kind of stuff? I just get blank stares from people without anxiety and then I feel even more anxious and feel like a misfit!
You're hilarious😂😂that's cute
Yep I walk sideways and I have fuzzy eyesight I am a hot mess LOL
GIRL! that's ok. I trip, fall, slip, pee my pants lol
Well listen, omg, I'm sitting here thinking OH SHIT. NOW I WILL BE DIAGNOSED WITH PTSD!!
I have had this before. It sometimes feels like my whole right side is slanted and I have walked into walls before because of it. It went away but I can relate. Annoying!
Wow that's really different
??
I have had times like that and and would bump into anyone walking with me, almost pushing them off the pavement or into the hedge. I felt it when the children were little and I was pushing a pram. It was as though the pram wanted to veer off in the opposite direction and the tighter I gripped it the worse it got. Happened with shopping trolleys too.
Omg! Now I understand what missi meant about walking sideways!! YES ME TOO!!!!!
It's like you start veering to the right or left. EXACTLY
I can’t help but giggle just a little! I was born club foot so I have one leg that is considerably shorter than the other. If given a drunk test I definitely couldn’t walk the line! Good thing I don’t drink!
