Too much walking leg hurts

Went to the Florida keys with family...

Walked all day and my feet are killing me

They hurt really badly and my legs feel puffy

Plus It's more aggravating for my CP

Hi Danielle, Wow! The Florida Keys. I can only imagine! Yes my legs hurt too sometimes. (I'm very much older, obviously). But, when they do I raise them on Cushions, and lay with my feet on them. So my Feet are a little higher placed than my head. It helps to get Blood flowing back to the body. Which eases the pain.
