LOng story short, I ate raw unfinished partly cooked meat last night around 9pm. I know internally, I keep having extreme panic attacks. I keep thinking I'm gonna die, or my time is officially starting to wrap up.
I woke up this morning feeling nauseous, wanting to puke but not doing so, and belching. I also did excrete feces this morning but I'm not sure if it was then fish. I have been drinking water, and ginger tea. This anxious feeling (lump in throat, and uneasy stomach) wont leave.
I have dont further research, to cause more mental trauma and saw that I have put myself in risk for tapeoworms, salmonella, etc. I officially start a job on Monday, (its Friday) and I need to be in tip top shape. I am having minor stomach aches and I have taken activated charcoal. Nothing seems to be entirely working. Is it the stress?
Can someone help with knowledge about the digestive system?

It does sound like stress. Your digestive system seems to be working. My experience of Gerd is that it’s very painful.
I am only an expert on the digestive system in that I’ve had one for many years oh and I got an old fashioned GCE in Human Biology. I would say: stop researching and distract your hypersensitive brain. Easier said than done I know.
I wonder if you are so worried about starting your new job and being in tip top condition by Monday that you are self sabotaging?
Maybe put as much effort into doing nice things this weekend as you have been into finding out what might be wrong.
Congratulations on getting a new job.
Remember on Monday that everything is as it should be. Your new colleagues will like you and want you to succeed. Take it slow and easy. It’s ok not to know or understand everything immediately.
p.s belly breathing might help your tummy to relax.
