Any girls on here have Social Anxiety? I have one solution

I have downloaded Vina app and will eventually download Bumble , but i know those are two apps that encourage you to connect with other women and create a sisterhood . I do blog writing for VINA app, I know they are based in the US, not sure about Bumble ...that may be international. But I encourage you all to get out there and meet new ppl , you can do this!! You are worthy of cool friendships ! I had to tell myself this too. I grew apart from my closest girlfriends over something I was afraid to confide in them about. I’m an only child and I had to deal with divorce of my parents alone , & I stayed with my dad ..and we didn’t have the greatest relationship at all. But, truth is I wasn’t alone , I had 3 sisters I could’ve confided in, but didn’t. I was afraid to go back to my high school because of it all and my friend called me wanting me to come back and she’ll help me catch up. But, I was emotionally depressed. I didn’t know how to say “could I meet you somewhere and say what’s up?” “Could you all come by my apartment and I’ll let you all know what’s up” like I was embarrassed to be that emotional in front of my bffs . I transferred schools and i grew apart from them. But , I’m not going to not make new friends because of it. I am more confident nowadays to get out there and meet folks. I have not online friends now , but I’m working on it lol.

I’m only saying you can get out there too, and be easy when getting to know someone . You don’t t have to overshare but also don’t disappear on them often , make an effort to be there in some way. Trust that they won’t hurt your feelings or betray you or any other sh*tty thing a friend could do , be optimistic..ya know? Meetups are fun on apps like Vina and Bumble.

I have an iPhone so it’s on my App Store ..not sure of Android. Oh and visit the sites too online.
