Shaking a symptom

Anyone suffers with shakiness?? I've started to notice I shake a lot in my hands arms and legs!! It dosent happen when I'm in bed but mostly through out the day! I only started medication today so it's not down to that! Is it a symptom?

I know it's horrible but I've mentioned it to my doctor and he just said people who suffer from anxiety produce a lot more adrenaline and when we work our selves up the wasted adrenaline just travel around our body what makes us shake, I get it all the times, sometimes with no explanation and even when I'm not nervous so your not alone x

Yeh I get it when I don't feel anxious aswell it's so strange I hate shivering all the time 😐Xx

Me too, crazy now I've spoken about it, I'm actually expierencing the same feeling just proves certain things are just in our head xx

How are you now? I wake up hot but sometimes throughout the day I get chills!

In okay a little panicky I've got a real bad dry mouth and it's hard to swill ow 🙈 X

Yes I am very shaky I find it harder to use my fingers because of it, it was one of my first symptoms that made me run to the doctor. I also get shaky legs too and I feel jittery when using my muscles. My phychiatrist assures me it is a symptom even if it is there all the time.

I've been very worried about the shaking but now I feel very assured Thankyou so much x

I get this all the time aswell and my hands do be freezing all the time aswell
