I’ve had a great stretch the past few weeks. Feeling pretty darn good. This week I started getting really bad restless legs. Anyone else experience this as a symptom of anxiety. I’ve read it can also be a side effect of Zoloft. Anyone have this experience?

Restless legs
You may be right but magnesium carbonate might help. Sometimes potassium and magnesium deficiency can cause muscular weakness and restless legs and eating a banana which contains both potassium and magnesium may help. Raising your feet with a pillow under your ankles might help. You can look up side effects of your drug on drugs.com and if there are any doubts about it, you should ask for a change.
Hi Mongea
I was wondering how you were doing.
So pleased you are doing well.
Sorry to hear about the restless leg symptom.
I have heard of it but not had it.

I’m doing well. Getting ready to lower my Zoloft dose again. It’s really helped stabilize me, but I really don’t feel like myself on it. Hard to explain but it’s not a feeling I’m willing to live with long term.
How are you?
Hi Mongea
Yes I am good nearly all the time
I had a long period of over a month with almost no breathlessness a couple of weeks ago. It is back abit now but it may be gradually disappearing as that was the longest period I have had without it
I will stay on my medication in the foreseeable future.
Best wishes
Kim
I have restless legs and my arms too. I take regular Magnesium too but doesn’t help.
It’s really annoying and drives me crazy some nights!
I get them regularly mostly in summer though.
