Lightheaded 24/7

After having the flu I developed lightheadedness that never goes away. It has been 4 years. Vertigo and other diseases have been ruled out. Have seen every doctor around Florida that might help me. The last hearing and balance specialist I saw gave me something for anxiety. It has done nothing. I feel like I have been smoking pot. Have a buzz 24/7. I once was very active. But have balance problems and this makes it worse. Some days are so bad I wish I would die. One doc told me I was not getting enough blood to my brain and told me to wear compression hose. I just keep getting referred. Has anyone been to the Mayo Clinic? I am at my wits end.

I have not been to the Mayo Clinic but I do have very frequent disequilibrium issues and believe it to be part of the anxiety issue. It can be quite frustrating.

One doctor gave me Trazodone which helped a little. Some days are better than others.

I've noticed that as well... but I do think when I'm tired and anxious it's the worst.
