Totally detaching from reality

This feels like dying. I am completely detached from reality, detached from myself, feel weak and lightheaded and can't even speak. I have no idea how it got this bad.

Can you try grounding techniques to help bring you back into the right now. Do the grounding technique over and over.

Name 5 things you can see

Name 4 things you can touch

Name 3 things you can hear

Name 2 things you can smell

Sorry to hear, have you ever tried Dramamine for vertigo? My vision gets blurry during an anxiety episode as well. I have been using the cold towel on forehead and eyes- seems to relieve the pressure

How long have you been feeling that way?
