I had my Achilles operated on in March, before I had a problem with it I was running 5k every 2nd day, had last run in September last year. I've had wrong advice post op and my recovery is 2 months behind but hoping by the end of the year to start slowly again as I was at my happiest and least anxious when running, natural endorphins and such. Think because of the way my anxiety and fear presents itself it may be an uphill struggle but I so want to be back to fitness both physically and emotionally.

So well done on getting the bike, its a positive step and so glad you got a good sleep. I'm hoping for a good one tonight after last nights debacle. Xxx
