Hi

Then a few hours later I done the same I know these are prescribed for bedtime but they did help me .

Never took temazepam but the zopiclone I think was addictive so the doctors wouldn’t prescribe me any more

The problem is that you will find that the beneficial effect of a quarter of a tablet will almost certainly lead to you taking another quarter, and then a half and so on to keep you at the level you want. Doing this will almost certainly lead to an addiction which is very hard to break - I know, I've been there. The best thing to do is to go to the doctors and tell them that you are worried about this and ask if you could ease off the zopiclone gently and whether another drug might be gradually substituted. (In my case I was given mirtazapine). If the zopiclone was not prescribed by a doctor and you bought them from the internet, just go to the docs and tell them that. They really will try to help.

Only been on them less than a week , mirtazapine I tried made me have to many side effects . Take sleeping tablets on the daytime sometimes to try and get some sleep not good I know but calms my anxiety down .

Temazepam in liquid capsules was band many years ago, as people were injecting it.

Zopiclone should as we all know, addictive, so should only be used as and when you really need it. If you need help to get through the day then you need to tell your doctor. Zopiclone will stop having an effect that you need it for. Before you know it, you will start taking more than you should just to get the benefit like you are now.
