Im eating healthier and getting my body fat down to where I like it. All of my lifts are way up and I’m a little shy of where I want to be to do my first powerlifting competition. 💪💪

Thats my problem, I havent been further than my local shops, and in the last week or so ive had trouble doing that. I go, then get all the anxiety symptoms when i get back in the house, so im avoiding it now and the most annoying thing is.....I know it.
I know its not doing me any good staying in. How to get past that. After all, Ive got the shaky feeling and feel awful whether im out or in, so i might as well go out right? Easier said than done eh? x
