Stomach pains

Anyone wake up with stomach pains and a feeling of bloating when their anxiety is really high?

Hey, just seen your post.

Yes exactly that, have a look at my profile, recently wrote post about swallowing a lot of air.

Yes I sometimes I wake with stomach ache/pain and bloating, it freaks me out and then I panic can't get my breath etc.

I think I swallow a lot of air, and I am anxious all the time, so that doesn't help when eating....

I also have a lot of muscle tension and constipation now. Was diarrhoea, but got over that by not being nervous in the mornings, and now I hardly go at all.

How does it affect you?

Hey and the same as that really get very bloated and woke up in the night with pains which sent me into a panic but think it is all trapped wind. I read anxiety can affect this alot causing ibs x

Anxiety causes so many different symptoms, however, it does make it easier to accept if someone is suffering from the same as you...

Yes it does cause alot of symptoms it's a horrible thing . Yes that's true x
