Every time I try going to sleep, since around 10pm, I feel like I’m holding my breath - involuntarily, that wakes me up with a jolt. Doesn’t help I’m having palpitations too.
Then when I am breathing I feel like it’s shallow and that I can’t get a good, deep breath in.
I’m on Propanalol and had one at around 7pm last night, it’s now 2:20 and I’m debating popping another. Idk. Does anyone else get this with their anxiety or is there something wrong with me. Trying not to freak out.
