It's been a month since I've last been to the gym, I feel bad because I'm just wasting money. The thing is, I'm always so sleep deprived, and I'm scared that something might happen when I workout..
Is it safe to workout when you've had no sleep?

So sorry you are not sleeping well! I don't always sleep well either, yet I still try to workout the next day. Often I just get started and am able to finish a decent workout and then THAT night I sleep better. OR If I do not sleep well the night before, sometimes I give myself permission to take a NAP!! Getting back on a normal, balanced schedule takes work and/or being kind to ourselves.
I try to have a balanced approach to exercise, nutrition, sleep, career, social life and faith. A routine helps. I TRY to have devotionals, pray, and COFFEE first; then have a healthy breakfast and meet with my husband to have our devotionals and talk about our schedules for the day; then, I exercise, work, or socialize depending on the day; ending my day with again meeting with my husband, good nutrition, and relaxation. If any of these areas are out of balance, getting back in balance sometimes requires being easy on myself or giving a little more effort in one or more areas.
Thus, to answer your question, if I do NOT sleep well one day, I usually still exercise the next day even though I am tired and sometimes I take a nap. Hope this helps!!
Hello, thank you for replying! I'm slowly trying to figure out a balanced lifestyle that will work for me. It's just I tend to give up on things easily, which is a bad habit I'm trying to change.
It's amazing how productive and structured your lifestyle is! I strive to be like that ;;
