Anxiety and sleep deprived
I had this last night when I was sitting calmly watching tv. It was frightening. I'd never experienced it before and am embarrassed to admit that I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. I NEVER go to the doctor for anxiety because I've had it for over a decade but this time caught me off guard. So, I'm going to be that overreacting panic lady in the waiting room tomorrow.
In short, I am sure you are fine but I'll let you know what I'm told tomorrow so that I can give you an idea of what a doctor would tell you. How's that?
Yes I have it on unstressful days as well. I’ve been experiencing this for many years.
I get this all the time, almost feels like it suddenly beats too hard or out of time, I'm hoping it's just anxiety x
Yup it scares the shit out of me
Yeah I get these alot it's called an ectopic beat
yes, just had one a couple of nights ago, quite frightening
This is my primary problem. Ectopic beats and theyre worse at night especially when i ly down. Had some shit sleep recently as a result.
I suffer from this too! I can honestly say I have only found some relief by taking cardiovascular research Ltd magnesium taurate and taking medication for anxiety (sertraline) I still get them but don’t obsess or worry about them as much as I used too but it is such an awful feeling and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone! They began to upset me so much in the evenings when it came to getting to sleep that I would dread night time - it was only when I started on medication that I was finally able to sleep properly again. It’s somewhat comforting to know there are others that experience this too i was crazy obsessed that there was something wrong with my heart and I was going to die - I still get these thoughts from time to time but I seem to be able to cope a lot better recently
