Keep reminding yourself , most of your fears are in your head, even if they happen they would like not be as bad as you think , i always worried the same thing as i got into school this year and university next will likely be the same, but i remind myself it will be hard but doesnt mean it has to be a bad thing, actually it helps sort your mind and body sometimes because you have a routine and not just thinking about anxiety ..remember even if the bad things you fear happen such as having an anxiety attack , you have the tools to be fine , deep breathing , relaxation techniques , and know you will soon be fine ..you got this
