respiratory sinus arrhythmia?

I've been noticing my heart rate drastically change when breathing in and out. While breathing in, my heart rate increases and vice versa.

This has been going on for a couple of years, and I haven't really thought much about it since I've read study's that say it's normal for relatively young people. But recently it's gotten a lot worse! My BPM changes from around 70-80 while breathing in, to as low as 30-40 while breathing out. It's starting to freak me out! I especially feel this while lying on my back or side in the morning and/or evening.

Interestingly enough I ALWAYS get PVC's when lying down "quickly" from a standing position, or doing some kind of sudden movement. Starting to think there's some kind of connection??

Has anyone else felt this?

Hi

It may be nothing but if you are worried talk it through with your GP and they will be able to reassure you.
