Anxiety & nausea

I have had this problem since childhood. I have no idea I need to go bm, all of the sudden I feel anxious, nauseous, & clammy. Then about 5 or 10 minutes later I need to have a BM. I have spoke with Doctors about this problem a never received an answer. It is a relief to finally see that there are others with the same problem.

me too. Must be a normal thing. But it sure makes me feel dizzy and anxious.

Me too.....but this is a new thing for me....clammy hands and anxiety....as soon as it happens, i know i need to go soon or it won't stop. Thanks for sharing.👍

Yes. I can wake up with my heart pounding and feel sick. I often start to cough a lot then feel like throwing up or going to the toilet. It's horrible
