Struggling with my anxiety so bad and tried all techniques to try and conquer but just seems never ending battle would love to know of any ideas or suggestions people can give to help support me at this time

Just know that you can and will get better. You need to reprogram your brain as it has learned to function in maladaptive ways. Have you gone through CBT with a counselor?

Been in CBT and other therapy's for years now in rape crisis due to trauma that happened years bk and still struggling

It’s tough... basically every day our brain is dealing with situations from moment to moment, so it’s being trained every day. CBT tries to retrain our brains, but in a limited amount of time. We’re constantly battling against every day habitual ways of thinking. You will get better. Talk to whomever will listen whenever you need to. You need to be reminded that you will feel better and you deserve all the happiness the world has to offer.
