Oh, I often have to notice and just RELAX my hands when I'm in bed. I realize that they're balled up or gripping the sheets. I've found that listening to bedtime mediations on Headspace or Bhuddify (both phone apps) helps a lot.
I'll have to try the bedtime ones on Headspace. I've completed the Managing Anxiety pack and the Kindness pack, and now I'm on the Appreciation pack.
