I have been in therapy for about 6 weeks now and reading Claire Weekes. I definitely feel like I have a better handle on SOME things. But my biggest obstacle is the strange feelings in my head. Dizziness, tension headaches, and a constant feeling that something is off is making it hard for me to progress. I understand that ignoring it/running from it is bad. But fixating on it has to be a bad strategy too! Do any of you have any tips or strategies for coping with lightheadedness/strange sensations in the head? I am willing to try pretty much anything! I've done meditation, yoga, and some CBT strategies (like "putting my thoughts on trial" and other writing exercises). Anything else out there?

I love Claire weekes her book has helped me a lot too! Just accept all the strange dizziness and tension headaches, as Dr weeks says 'float through it' don't add more tension on top by worrying about it, just accept! Take care x
