Hello everyone! Has anyone had headaches behind the the head?? I have a headache behind my head and I’m freaking out thinking it’s something else

sinus? tooth clenching or grinding? a new stress? allergies.. lack of sleep?The diagnosis goes on and on... Do not worry, this too will pass.

Hi Dec the pains you are get in the back of your heard most likely to be tension headaches I get them at the back of my head a lot I suffer anxiety and depression a lot and it took me along time to come to terms that they are nothing to worry about but if it puts your mind at rest go to your doctor and get a check up and hopefully he will help alleviate your headaches!
