I've been doing really well the last several weeks. Doing lots of updating around our house, Spending time with the grandkids, getting out and just having fun, etc. Then the last week or so, I have felt the anxiety slowing creeping back in. Feeling tired, randomly light headed, GI issues, random tingling. All things I've felt before. I just hate feeling it even though I know what it is.

One minute your feeling fine then out of nowhere guess who wants to show up(anxiety)...Well I hope that you feel better.
Sorry you are feeling rough. Life has so many bumps. When I am feeling anxious, I always compare it to me being on a boat on water, you are sailing on the smooth water, then a big wave comes out of no where and knocks you around and you have to catch your breath and let the wave move on. I know that the waves are crashing, and tossing me around and I lose my breath and have to catch it again. but there is an anchor I have through the storm that keeps me steady so I don't drown.....God. Praying for you.
Hi are you on any medication for your anxiety ? I take diazepam 2 mg as and when required for anxiety.but my anxiety started getting really bad about month ago doctor put me on citalopram 20 mg but got terrible side effects nausea headaches upset tummy wind and the worst of all panic attacks I was on citalopram 2 weeks.dr told me to stop and put me on sertraline been on these 9 days now had nausea and upset tummy for about week.then that settled now having some good days and some really bad days today been worse day yet very anxious and waves of panic since lunch time.but I'm going to carry on with tablets hope they will make me feel better .as anxiety has a habit of popping up just as we think everything is going well and bang ! It is there.have you thought about medication long term ?
