Hey y'all. I've been taking Prozac for a couple months, moved up to 30 mg last week. While I do notice that my anxiety attacks are less frequent and intense, I still feel a lot of the constant physical symptoms of anxiety like tension, dizziness, and headaches.
Has anyone added wellbutrin to Prozac and noticed a great change? I'm wondering if I should talk to my doctor about increasing the prozac or adding another medication that works on different chemicals in the brain like wellbutrin.

HI NONE of us can prescribe, or give medical advice.
From what we learn here, 1st; accept how you are feeling, 2nd be patient with yourself, 3rd; call the doc who prescribed the meds to you in the first place, and get a conversation going with the doc and share this question with h/her.
I prefer to hear first hand experience from people who actually have tried the drugs, then going to my doctor afterwards to discuss them. A lot of times doctors are not aware of the real experience that comes with taking antidepressants, plus the appointments are short and rely on trial and error.
there is a limit to self medicating. IF you go in and TELL the doctor what you want instead of developing a relationship with him, you might do better with a different doc. Trust yourself.
