Warmth and panic

I don't mean to be redundant, but I just want to know if anyone else can relate.

Due to anxiety, I prefer cold. Whenever I am the slightest bit warm I feel anxious and panicky.

Can you relate? Or am I just a freak?

Hi, I'm like this! Warmth makes me feel sick if I'm anxious - very often I feel much better once I've gone outside or run cold water over my hands.

Warmth weather makes my anxiety so much worse cos my body interprets the heat as panic! Totally get you

It's something about the warmth that makes you feel like you can't take a full breathe. Like your throats closing up and you can't swallow. The cold air just opens up your airways and it feels as though you're breathing the anxiety away. Plus when you go outside, what does your body automatically do once the fresh air hits... breathe.

Hey some may think we're freaks because of this, who cares tho. I'm clumsy, goofy and have some of the most random weird thoughts, and I give 0 💩's if people call me names. Embrace it.

I’m the same way, if I’m even a little bit hot my anxiety rises
