When will things get better

Hello everybody, been dealing with anxiety for about 5 months now and it’s been a living a hell. So many symptoms at a young age I’m just so scared I will die an early age. I’m a very active person, just committed to a college to run track and field and I started back workouts since I’ve isolated myself so much with this. Today it was kinda hard going back. was shaky, chest pain and arm pain decrease a lot but I was still freaking out in my mind because my heart was beating fast. It’s hard to explain this stuff to my family because they’ve never experienced this before, I want to get help before I go off to college but idk where to start. The therapist I went to wasn’t really helping so I’m thinking about going to a physiatrist since they are actually experienced with things like this :( I’m just so worried about my health

Hey you will be okay! Anxiety is only temporary and it will and can go away! I’m sure you won’t die at a young age you most likely are healthy if you run track! Don’t worry about a thing because everything will be alright! Play some tunes they always seem to help me. Things will get better in gods timing ! Hang in there.

I am so sorry you are going through this. Congratulations on running track in college! That is such a huge accomplishment that not many people get to experience. Talking with your family can help a lot. It will feel like a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders. I recommend talking to them because when I am dealing with my anxiety attacks it always helps me to talk to my family. They help calm me down. I hope everything gets better and I hope your college experience with track is amazing!
