Hello. Have you had a medical check up? If no, please make an appointment with your doctor.
If yes and was diagnosed with anxiety, then this could be derealisation. It is unfortunately anxiety symptom. I know it’s hard but you have to practice to stay calm and do deep breathing exercise and stay in a present moment.
It is poor-understood even in pshychology. Faculties don’t spend much time teaching it. It is basically the sensation like you are watching through dirty water, or objects or people around you are not the same (although they are) or you watch yourself in the mirror and you know that’s you but at the same time it feels like you aren’t .. it’s like your life is a movie and you watch it through blurry lenses
Sorry I can’t find a better description, as I mentioned it’s so poorly understood
I’ve been dealing with the pressure in my head when I lay down for awhile now. I have no idea what it is but it feels like I’ve left my body and I don’t have control anymore. It feels like my head is sinking into the bed. It’s super scary. But, I’ve been to the doctor and she didn’t seem concerned.
I just try to ride it out. It usually goes away within a couple minutes for me.
