When im at work i feel very jittery, shaky and stomach tightness i checked my pulse it was 146 and i had no energy at all i was nauseated couple of times. Does any one else feels this way. By the way i work in a takeaeay only on weekends friday and saturday

Hi Mradj. That pulse rate was kinda high. Did it last for a long time? If not then it's likely your anxiety. I know I would sometimes have a high heart rate even while meditating and it just would not come down for a good while...10-15 minutes. Jitteriness, shakiness, nausea, palps yes I had those and a whole host of other crazy symptoms. I started meditating and seeing a psychologist that practices CBT. It really worked for me and I haven't felt those symptoms in weeks. Are you getting therapy for your condition? You can try CBT on your own it's very simple and straightforward but you need to stick with it. There is a book called "Overcoming Anxiety" that goes through it step by step with examples. A website you may want to check out is Anxiety Canada where they provide really great tools to challenge your fearful thoughts. The site is a little cumbersome to use but be patient and you'll find it very useful. Are you meditating every day? If not, get started. It takes a few weeks but you'll notice a difference.
