Stress B-Complex

So I purchased and took one today. So far it’s seems good. But is anyone else taking it? If so how’s it working for you?

I've been taking them for about 6 months and they've helped me tremendously with calming shaky nerves and rib soreness. I use the B-Stress Complex made by Twin Labs. It says take two per day with a meal but I'm down to one per day and it's perfect. It also makes your urine bright yellow. I wouldn't go without it.
