Is it okay to use azelastine and ibuprofen because I be scared to take medicine together my axiety messed with me really bad when I over think things I been sick for 4months because the hospital think I have allergies and it causing me tension headache also 😭

I live in Canada and I can call up any retail pharmacy and ask questions about medication interactions. Can you do the same where you are? Or perhaps there is a phone health service where you are? We have something called Telehealth. Anything like this you have access to?
